KC Time!

In September, we made a trip to KC to see Uncle Brad and Aunt Lindsey!  Aunt Lindsey spoiled Brynn rotten by taken her to her little cheer clinic that her cheerleaders put on for grade school kids.  Brynn was the youngest person there.  I thought she might get scared, but Lindsey took her and gave her to some of her favorite cheerleaders and she ate it up---she even had her own stunt crew and got to go up in the air many times, which she loved!  I just had my little camera--so not the best pictures, but a great memory for her!  At 11:00, parents got to come and watch the girls perform--Brynn would go up in the air and smile and wave at us--spoiled, but so happy she had a great time!

Daddy taking in this cheerleading stuff :)

Above--one more wave for her family!

Below--getting loved and spoiled by Aunt Lindsey and her sister Kelsey--who is also a cheerleading coach!  Lindsey made sure Brynn came home with pom-poms and a cute shirt--thanks again Aunt Lindsey for inviting Brynn to cheerleading--she had a blast!

After lunch we headed to the Deanna Rose Farmstead--Lindsey has great memories of this place from when she was growing up and was so excited to take the kids there!  We spent all afternoon there and had a blast--very kid friendly and pretty reasonable prices as well!
Brynn made Aunt Lindsey's day by stopping several times while we were at the farm to show Lindsey her cheerleading moves that she had learned!

Brynn feeding goats and riding a pony!

Caden enjoyed fishing with Daddy and Uncle Brad.  The boys did their own thing several times, so don't have many pictures of them since we split up!

Caden took a picture of this BIG worm!

Using a bottle to feed the baby goats--too cute!

Cute girl on the pedal tractor--I bet she went around this track a good 10 times---we adults were tired just watching her!

We finished the afternoon off with icecream, a quick adult power nap, pizza, and the K-State Football game before heading home!
It was a fast trip, but we had a blast and really enjoyed the Farmstead, and I know we will go back!
Thanks Brad and Lindsey for a fun weekend!
